I think there's an overview of all the apps in the account. Maybe the Dashboard, which has basic information about the application. Users, trials, subs, revenue today. I want to browse all information about all apps without having to switch each app.

Raw Data Visibility for Ratio Metrics: Currently, many charts (such as Refund Rate or Trial Conversion Rate) only display the final percentage. To improve data auditing and trust, I would like to propose adding the corresponding numerator and denominator (raw counts) for every ratio metric. How it should work: When viewing a table or hovering over a chart point, show both the raw count (e.g., Total Refunds and Total Purchases) that constitutes the rate. Benefit: This helps me as a data analyst and my colleagues as product developers quickly identify if a rate spike is due to a low sample size or a genuine business issue without having to export CSV files for manual calculation. It reduces manual workload and enhances the reliability of data shared with stakeholders and investors, thus being beneficial for the decision-making process.

We sometimes need to have the iOS receipt for manual verification. It would be great to have it in the customer profile section. Thank you!

I want to be able to see a list of customers who never purchased any subscriptions or in-apps inside the Customers tab.

Is it possible to add a chart for retention showing % of users who renew after the free trial - 1st / 2nd / 3rd renewal periods - with filter by subscription type? We’d like to see more exactly when users are cancelling / churning, to be able to develop a targeted retention strategy accordingly.
